"My mom and I were very satisfied with our stay at this establishment. While it was an older hotel. It was in good condition and we felt very safe. The staff was especially nice and very helpful with any issues that we had which were very few. The breakfast was very good and Michelle our waitress was a very sweet, kind young lady. I would stay at this sweet time young again if I was in the area. "

"Good option for the Jacksonville area. Had a great check-in and warm welcome with Sunshine at the front desk. She was so charming and answered all of my questions - very refreshing after a long trip. Great location, modern rooms. Just two notes - must point out the plumbing was so loud - when you flush the toilets or sink it was almost whistling for a few minutes even after the flush. Also I ordered a steak room service, and it came up almost cold in a to-go box. Both are things I think the hotel could fix easily."
