Villa Li Cuncheddi is located in a privileged and special position right on the sea, with a beautiful view of the gulf and the promontory of Capo Ceraso. Its private and peaceful location surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis makes this villa ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday for a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 6 people.
Elegant and welcoming, Villa Li Cuncheddi is located in one of the most picturesque and exclusive residential complexes in Sardinia, made of Sardinian stone, harmoniously inserted in the Capo Ceraso natural park, a few miles from the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa is structured on two floors:
upper floor: composed of a large living room with parquet and large windows, a furnished veranda with spectacular sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms.
Lower floor: independent studio consisting of two single beds, bathroom, small kitchen corner with French window which allows access to the garden and swimming pool. This floor does not have air conditioning.
The villa is equipped with all comforts: wifi internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, outdoor barbecue.


Not included in the rental price:
Bed Linen and Towels(on request): 25.00€ per person per change
Refundable Security Deposit by credit card (mandatory): 1000.00€
Babycot (on request): 50.00€ per child
Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person per change
Pets (on request): 100.00€
Late Arrival (on request): 30.00€
Late Arrival (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€
In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


Tourist tax (mandatory): 5.00€ per person per day


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs.
