Spread across three levels and covering a surface area of 96 sqm, Villa Kora 7 can accommodate up to 7 guests in four bedrooms: three doubles and one single. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with heat pump heating, ensuring maximum comfort in all seasons.
- Ground Floor: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, utensils), dining area, bathroom with shower, and one air-conditioned double bedroom.
- First Floor: second double bedroom, accessible via internal staircase.
- Dependance (lower ground floor): separate external access, air-conditioned living room, third double bedroom, single bedroom, and second bathroom with shower.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and two TVs for guest comfort and entertainment.

- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on the bank).
- In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to cover costs.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement
- After booking, online check-in is required (uploading documents and selfies of all guests).
- Your data will be handled in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
- Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The agreement will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.
Key Collection
Key pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and sort waste correctly before departure.
