Payments and Security Deposit
If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) is charged based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be present and in the name of the guest).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).
In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover expenses.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement
After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).

A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
