Two-level apartment with terrace, located in the Murta Maria neighborhood.The apartment opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa that becomes a sofa bed if necessary, TV and dining table. The kitchen is semi-independent and equipped with all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious meals. From the living area you can access the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and with a sea view. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed and a single bed. Completing the layout of the house are two bathrooms both with shower stalls.Guests are provided with amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, WI-FI, oven, coffee maker and air conditioning.*Pets are not allowed.*The shared swimming pool is open from the 13th June to the 13th September.
