Home with private pool and spa in excellent okc location. Pool and spa is open all year long. Close to Lake Hefner, turnpike and major highways. Very easy access everywhere. All new furniture, tv internet and cable. Keurig coffee maker, gas grill. cover patio with new furniture . Home has 3 car garage 2 living and one dining. Washer and dryer ,refrigerator etc. Master bath has whirpool tub . Swimming pool has led lighting which looks amazing after dark.

Great property with plenty of space!

Very great property that was perfect for our mixed families to stay, with plenty of space and accommodations. Plentiful supply of linens and sleeping arrangements. Enjoys being able to sit in backyard and socialize while kids enjoyed the heated pool. Annual trip to the area and hope to be able to secure the property again!

Gorgeous home!

What a beautiful property! Easy to access, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable for our group. We used the hot tub, but didn’t brave the pool in 10 degree weather. We will be back!

Quiet, clean and comfortable

We had a very nice stay. The master bed was as comfortable as they come. House was clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. The backyard was buzzing with rabbits and birds to watch while we soaked in the hot tub.

Spacious, clean home!

Our family stayed at this home so we could attend a wedding. Needed all 5 bedrooms so we had space for everyone. Location was perfect. Nice neighborhood. Owner responsive. Would definitely stay again!

All needs met! This place was perfect! The backyard was so relaxing & perfect to just sit out & visit!! Our host made everything so easy from check in instructions to book with info in it to check out! Thank you thank you! We had a fantastic 4 day weekend!

Good times!

We came down for oye stock show and stayed 3 nights at the property. Kids really enjoyed being able to swim and use the hot tub. Everything was as it should be, heater works great in the pool! Would recommend for a large family or group. Lots of space and beds.

Weekend Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Oklahoma City and at the Warwick house. The pool and house are lovely. We went there with friends. My bed was comfortable. The pool was great and partially shaded at different times of day. There were many towels for showers and for poolside. I would definitely return.

OKC wedding trip

My family (4 generations) stayed at this property for family wedding. Everything was great. Check in was great. Good communication. Clean. Pool was great. Etc. The property could use some updating but everything was clean and worked great for us.

Terrific stay!

We are an Iowa family, with a daughter at OSU. We are always looking for fun long weekend opportunities in Oklahoma. We brought our whole family to OK to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great location. There was great communication with the property manager. The pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. This property fit our needs! We would definitely book again!

Great for a family with kids

Great place and location for a family event (wedding). The pool and hot tub are a real added bonus. There were a few small things: The dishes were not clean. The floor in the master BR was sticky. The pool was cloudy. The screen door to the pool from the kitchen (for safety) does not automatically latch.

Lots of space and convenient location, maintenance needed

There's lots to like about this property. There is a lot of space for guests. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Lots of seating space for meals, comfortable seating in two separate living rooms, and outdoors around the pool. Really tons of room for a large group to gather and spread out. Towels were plentiful. Kitchen supplies were almost sufficient, if a bit disorganized. The location was quite convenient for us. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a very short drive to a nearby grocery store situated just at the edge of the neighborhood. The only negative about the property is its current state of maintenance. There were a few relatively minor cleaning issues, but quite a long list of minor maintenance issues. Nothing was serious enough that we'd want someone coming to the property during our visit to address, but the list was long enough to be notable to everyone who stayed: leaky toilet causing a constantly wet floor, slow flushing toilet, a shower with little water pressure, crown moulding nearly falling off in one bedroom, several areas of pool tile falling off, broken or non functioning window blinds, door handle falling off, unsteady chairs (one of the outdoor chairs actually fell apart), dresser drawer that wouldn't open, etc. The foundation is also one of the worst I've ever encountered, particularly in the master bedroom. A water bottle on a nightstand was noticeably tipped, the floor is so slanted. Worth a stay, yes, but maintenance is overdue.

We absolutely love this property. The set up is wonderful, spacious, clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there are an abundance of towels, and the pool is great. Having the garage to park and pack, especially if there is rain, is an added bonus. We have stayed at this property several years and always appreciate and love it.

Very nice stay

Very much enjoyed a long weekend in OKC. Check-in and out was smooth. The info on welcome email got us right in. Home has a well appointed and supplied kitchen. We had all the supplies we need for cooking meals. The home has multiple common areas that are great for family activities and relaxing. The host was very responsive to texts and helpful. We appreciated the extra pool towels and floaties!
