Space and lots of Comfort with 2,400 sq ft!

This house is monitored by an exterior video security system to ensure the security of the home and safety of its guests and neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events allowed and no inside smoking.

Updated, spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with mature shade trees. The home is centrally located in Edmond so you are just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Mitch Park and the YMCA, Barnett Field Splash Pad, UCO campus, Downtown Edmond and still an easy 25 minute drive to Downtown OKC.

During your stay, you can spread out and relax on a new sofa and loveseat and enjoy a 55 inch, 4K flat screen TV with access to Netflix, wiifi and Internet TV. The kitchen nook has a 4-seat table and the formal dining features a beautiful farmhouse table that can seat 8 people comfortably. The master suite offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress, microfiber sheets and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a separate tub and shower and a big walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and the third has a fun, twin-over-full sized bunk bed that can comfortably sleep 3 guests. The second living room is stocked with board games, a large sleeper sofa, and a couple of chairs that create an area away from the TV for some fun, quality family time! Enjoy the mature trees and quiet fenced in backyard with outdoor seating and gas grill with propane provided.

We want you to enjoy your stay, so all our beds have microfiber sheets, a variety of pillows, and extra blankets. A pack n play and booster highchair are available for those traveling with small children. A storm shelter is located in the garage so you can relax during your stay no matter what the weather is doing outside.

Only people on guest count can stay overnight. There is a step down in the living room, please be aware and make your guests aware. Parking allowed in garage and driveway. Please limit the number of cars parked in the street and utilize the garage and driveway which easily accommodates four vehicles. We ask you are respectful to the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

OKC trip

Came down for a little family vacation, had to contact property owner a couple of times for things beyond her control and she was very quick to respond and to get the situation handled. The house was very nice, plenty of room for all of us, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood

Quiet retreat.

We had family business in Edmond, and the home is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities close by. I walk in the mornings and felt very safe. Owner was always in touch and very helpful.

Oklahoma Wedding

We rented the house for a wedding the 5 of us attended in Edmond. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is also about 15 min away from downtown Edmond which has nice restaurants and Frenzy Brewing Company is great if you like craft beers. Back to the house - all of the bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and both living rooms were good size and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. Great communication from the host, not too little or not too much, just right. We would stay here again when we come back if available.

Overall, OK with a few repairs needed

It's a good value property but also in need of some TLC. Lots of space and good size bedrooms with master separated from the other three. However, the fridge had a fishy odor and the ice maker was broken, lights above range are out, garage door previous repair failed, jetted tub needs a good plumbing cleanout, most pots and pans non-stick surfaces are destroyed. All of which can be remedied with some property management attention.

Property as advertised, excellent communication, and very comfortable. Would stay again should the need arise. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood- close to anything you may need (restaurants, WalMart, etc…) Just some feedback to aid next guests: lights in bedrooms/bathrooms are not bright (some seem to start bright but then dim) and are yellow (off white?) as opposed to bright white. This is a preference not a show stopper, brighter light would aid in preparing for the day as well as additional mirrors.
