Great Experience!!!!!
This hotel was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and making a genuine effort to take care of the guests. Very clean and well maintained. I stay in OKC at least 8 times a month and will definately be booking at this hotel.

Wouldn't bother
The toliet seat was the wrong size, which made it uncomfortable, the bathroom was not real clean. I asked for additional pillows and they didn't have any apparently.

O didn’t like anything. First off there should be a refund option. Secondly for a Marriott property it should be better maintained. Broken parts of floor. Dingy and crummy looking. Seconed floor smelled bad and my room Smelled bad as well. Staff was okay. Outside looked dingy as well. The bed was terrible like sleeping on a rock. The room was so small for an almost 100 dollar a night room. It was so bad that I checked out at 3 am cause I couldn’t sleep and I didn’t feel safe. I did not come back the Seconed night either, I went to home 2 suites and got a very nice room. I wish I could get my money back but it probably won’t happen. Oh well. Do not stay here.

It was great until it wasn’t
The young man that checked us in on Friday the 29th was lovely. Very friendly, made sure we were satisfied with our room etc. The supervisor we dealt with the next afternoon (male) changes our whole experience. Short, rude, and on an obvious power trip. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Won’t be back due to the customer service we received from the supervisor.

Even though we had paid for the room and had received the confirmation, we did NOT get any room once we reached the hotel. The manager Frances Young just said that they did not have even a single room available even though we had paid for the room already and she did not use the word 'Sorry' even once during our entire conversation but simply said 'It may be a glitch in the system. We don't have any room. You can leave!!'. It was an unbelievable and terrible experience at 10 PM with kids waiting in the car tired. We had to book another room ourselves and go there after about an hour.

Thank you so much for giving me a safe place to sleep! After a 13 hour day of driving alone and another full day to go, the last thing I wanted was to end up in an unsafe area for the night. Staff were so kind and professional. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and quiet.

LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO WHERE I NEEDED TO BE. BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A HARD FLOOR WITH A BRICK AS A PILLOW. AIR AND HEATING SYSTEM WAS VERY NOISY. I ENDED UP SITTING IN A CHAIR ALL NIGHT. I HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE AND I DON'T RECALL HAVING THESE PROBLEMS.

Nice property as every Marriott owned hotel I’ve been to. The room I got was next to a VERY LOUD FAMILY that was yelling and slamming the door repeatedly. I asked the front desk clerk if he could move me to another room and he told me all the rooms of that type had been booked. He then upgraded me to a huge suite at no extra charge although I had I booked through Expedia. Thank you very much for that!

Great stay
Very clean hotel and helpful professional staff. Breakfast is nice. Great value. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained and cleaned. Only improvement I would suggest is the flooring in the elevator.
