A good spot for if you prefer to cook or if you will be staying for a while, with a washer and dryer in the room as well as kitchen supplies and two electric skillets. Comfortable beds and a grear view of the ocean as well.

Nice location

The condo is nice and the view is amazing. Its spacious and had things like soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. The beds are very hard, like sleeping on box springs with no mattresses. The kitchen was minimally equipped and there was no oven, only a cook top, microwave and toaster oven, but we were able to make due and made a few meals. The bed configuration is not as advertised, there are 4 twins, 1 double, 1 king and 1 roll away twin. The staff was friendly but hardly spoke English so be prepared with a translation software or device. We enjoyed our stay here and felt the price was a good value for everything you get. We would stay here again.

The picture and real room were totally different. There is big dining room on the picture, however there is no dining room. There is also ants in my room. It says there are 3 pools, but it was only one, we only can use 12pm-5pm, it was too short.

The room was a good size, though the website said the pool would open and July and the workers said it would not open until August. Also, there was no way to access the beach from the property. It was a good walk around all the buildings to get back to the beach.

My wife and I rented a 1-bedroom condominium for a week. The room was excellent - bedroom, kitchen, living room with TV, dining room, large shower, washer/dryer, balcony on two sides of the condo overlooking the ocean. The balcony facing the ocean directly had a hot tub with jets. There was an excellent dining room on the 2nd floor. Our reservation included breakfast, which was a superb Japanese buffet. Ms. Rumiko Tamada, the Executive Director of the condo went out of her way to make us feel welcome. If we were to return to Okinawa, this is where we would stay.

Rooms were large, clean, located within easy access to everything we wanted to see. Was able to rent a car large enough to acomodate our party of 5 right there from hotel for a really good price. Only thing that I would like to see a little softer beds. Room also had a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utencils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer abd dryer, even cloths soap. Great place for a family.

I booked the luxury 1 bedroom on this condo-hotel and I love the ocean view. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and close to American Village. There's a convenience store close by, a few restaurants too so it is very accessible. I added the breakfast option which was totally worth it since i had to work some days and don't have time to leave the hotel. The hotel has an ok wi-fi connection, perfect retreat for couples and big families/groups.

One of the reason that I decided to stay at this Hotel was Shtitle bus to the airport but it was only operates in the morning at 09:00.couple more will be perfect since they have huge bus. Otherwise this place was perfect! washer and dryer plus detergent😄 My view from room was just ocean, gorgeous and loved it! convinced store right on the street. stuff members were pretty helpful, Thank you!

Condo hotel with kitchenettes, laundry, and nice views of the beach and ocean. Hotel staff is friendly, but a couple of them are short on English. The good news is that we also had another language to use, they have a couple of Mandarin speaking folks including the boss. This place is well located. It is a good value. It isn't fancy, but it is clean and easily accessible. Grocery store within walking distance. The American Village is a short drive. Plenty of food choices within walking or short driving distance. Chatan is a good choice of locations if you want to see the whole island and you also want to be close to shopping and restaurant choices.

Comfortable apartment with a stunning view of the beach. The place looked a little tired but they had recently experienced a typhoon. Amenities were a little sparce in the cooking department but we managed. Beds are comfy. Some funky little eateries close by. Very relaxed atmosphere. But that view was gorgeous !

Not so value-for-money!
It was our 3rd time visiting Okinawa and 1st time staying in this hotel. We had the 4-bedrooms type of room for 7 persons. Overall speaking, the room is so spacious and facilities such as cooking equipment and utensils are readily available. In terms of hardware, it is up to standard. However, the services provided are average average. The shower room floor would easily become wet after shower because of the design, we requested extra mat towel during our 5-night stay that we were only given after rounds of hard bargaining. Given there are a lot of vacant parking spaces, the hotel is not willing to offer free parking slot. And mind the check out time is early 10am that late check out would cost you extra money (Disclaimer: hotels we stayed before would usually offer free late check out at around 12noon). Basically, we feel like the hotel is trying to count everything for money. Plus, the hotel staff did not act in a friendly and welcoming way.

right next to the beach
This was my first time in Okinawa and Japan overall. This place was nice, convenient and easy to get to everywhere. Every day I went walking on the beach and enjoyed the scenery. Downside: you have to wash your own towls and washclothes, there is not housekeeping so if you don't clean, make your beds or wash linens that is what you will have when you return each day. now that I know I'll be ready next time I stay.

令和３年８月３１日付けでレンタルホテルとしては閉店との事でした。その後は賃貸との話で何もかも（プール、レストラン）も無い状態で更に目の前のアラハビーチもコロナで閉鎖されていたのでレンタカーを借りていない人には全く楽しくない所になっていました。長年のリピーターだったので実に残念です。
