"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "2 day midweek break. Found that the hotel could do with a bit of a refresh in the room corridors. We were on the ground floor and carpet leading from reception to the rooms was dirty and wasn't vacuumed when we were there. Faciltiies were good and breakfast was good also. Room was clean but shower needs attention. Putting a large monsoon head on a shower looks good, but when it wwas turned on the water driible out of it and leaked all around the shower head itself. We had to use the hand held shower head which was smaller and as a result much better pressure. Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again for it's very central location."
