"Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. "I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...
