Coffee, pods, sugar provided. Plenty of towels, blankets, throws. Air conditioning/kitchen ceiling fan, table fan. In a neighborhood and pleasant small town with restaurants. Good access to highways. Nice neighbors, yet privacy. Overall a very pleasant place to stay instead hotel. I really liked staying...

Location is convenient to many tourist sites. We, however, spent most of our time comfortably relaxing, reading and reminiscing old times (grew up in this area). Host communicated well.
