We really enjoyed our stay! The house is cozy, view is absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of space outside to play and relax. Areas for improvement: The house wasn’t as clean as we expected and there is no central AC so it gets very warm. There is AC in 2 bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms outside do not have closets or plumbing so you have to come indoors to use the restroom.

Scenic views
This beautiful spacious family home overlooking the St Lawrence River was perfect for our family. The dock is awesome to jump off of or to fish from. The kayaks were a great bonus as was the hot tub! We. Enjoyed it all nestled tucked away from the main road. Watching the ships going by was also very cool! Thank you!

Memorable Family Vacation
This was a beautiful house, at a lovely location. We are a 3 generation family, who found so much to do during our week here...swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, yard games, and watching the big ships! The amenities were many, but I have to say the kitchen was the best! We thoroughly enjoyed making new memories here.

Great Views of the St Lawrence
Great views! The home was clean and spacious. Great amenities, hot tub, kayaks, paddles boards, dock. My entire family loved this home. We definitely plan to go back.

Our favorite rental
This is our second time renting here. It’s an amazing property. The 2 sets of kids stay in the 2 cabins and love having their own space. The upgrades to the kitchen are both beautiful and functional. The property is well stocked from paper and cleaning products to towels and sheets to games both inside and outside. Erin is very responsive. Her cleaning crew does a great job. Hoping we can stay here again in 2 more years. Great memories.

Paradise in North Country
No matter the occasion this place will not disappoint. Just beautiful, inside & out! We stayed for a long weekend, to attend the St Lawrence University graduation and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. It has everything you need to entertain and/or relax. The home itself is impeccable, and the views were spectacular (especially the sunsets!) No cons to this place. Thank you Baylor family for sharing your home, there is no doubt this is a special place!

Summer 2021
Great vacation spot. This was our second time staying at this property. Great outdoor set up with the dock and the deck. We really enjoyed the new hot tub. Even though the weather was a little chilly and rainy we still had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great Family vacation house.
Great family vacation. Had a wonderful time lots of things for the kids to do. Beautiful scenery and a large yard for lawn games. Wonderful nature preserve to walk right across the street. A great time was had by all.

An amazing place!
This house on the St. Lawrence is worth every penny! The house is beautiful and well appointed with awesome amenities and everything you need for a relaxing stay! We had three adults and 4 kids from 10 - 17 years old. The sleeping arrangements were plentiful and we were on the river every day. Kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe and lawn games were all provided and helped us to have a beautiful time together. The owners were welcoming and communication was spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect Location on the River
Great family fun right on the St. Lawrence River We went paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing all from the private dock. The hot tub was also enjoyed by all.

Nicely equipped home with a beautiful spot on the river.
Overall the property was great. Communication with Erin was easy and she responded quickly to our questions and concerns throughout the stay. The house was decorated nicely and we especially appreciated all of the "extras" including the paddleboards/kayaks, the hot tub, and fire pit. Part of the check out instructions included a note about cleaning being a responsibility of the renter as the cleaning service doesn't have much time between guests, and it was apparent that the house hadn't had a good thorough cleaning in a while (dirt and dust under the couches, beds, washer and hot tub filters were clogged). However we still enjoyed the property. It did get quite warm upstairs in the house and the first few days of the trip there was hardly any breeze. It would be nice to have a couple of window ACs or bigger fans in the bedrooms (the master only had a small table side fan available). Conversely it was colder at night and my in-laws staying in the guest cottage with two beds got cold. We found plenty of extra blankets though. Also, the mattresses in the double twin room were the old spring style mattresses which would be fine for kids but the adults who slept on them did find them a bit uncomfortable. Overall we would recommend the house and appreciate Erin and her family sharing their home with us for the week! We had a great time on the river and exploring the areas nearby!

Beautiful Riverfront Home
We stayed in this lovely home for a St Lawrence University graduation, and it was the ideal place for friends and family to gather and stay. Check-in and communication with the owners was prompt and easy, and the house was immaculate and perfectly decorated.

Commissioning and Graduation weekend
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is very well decorated - must have been a designer - and the view is outstanding. The kitchen was very well stocked. The outside area would have been perfect but was a little too cold when we were there. The sheets were so soft! The google maps had it much closer to Clarkson University than it really was - maybe it should read Morrisville as opposed to Ogdensburg? Could also be due to the fact that the GPS also thought Brown Road was Brown Lane which is also closer to the school - so an FYI for others. The house and view were worth the drive though.

Beautiful home with fantastic views and sunsets.
Spacious accommodations with lots of quiet spaces for everyone. We all had a great time and we fully enjoyed the house and it's many great features and beautiful furnishings. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation - peaceful & relaxing. Wish we had stayed longer, maybe next time!!

Beautiful house with spectacular views 😊
We recently stayed here with our family of 8 plus an infant and had a wonderful time!! The house was perfect! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Very acccomidating for a 6 month old baby!!! We enjoyed relaxing outside with the beautiful weather and views! Plenty of things to do and enjoy! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful, comfortable house and dreamy location!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a beautiful space inside and out, with plenty of room and amenities. It's hard to beat being right on the water, and the lovely deck area makes it especially comfortable to sit out there gazing across to Canada. Having the kitchen, main living room, and additional living room space was great for a group with some people hanging out chatting and others needing a bit of peace and privacy. And more generally, it was nice to be removed from things, but still in easy driving distance of gas and coffee, plus a bit further to the P-chop and whatnot in Ogdensburg. A couple little quirks, as with any place, but overall it was a pretty perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family retreat--beautiful, comfortable, and convenient.
