GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the home, garage, and backyard. The kitchen pantry (housekeeping closet) will remain locked. Entry is through the back door.

We provide a digital guidebook for all our guests. Accessible on any device, you'll find helpful information about our place and the surrounding area. An access link will be provided after booking. We hope that our guidebook will answer most questions, but if anything comes up, you can message us through the app or send us a text or email.
NOTES
Rental Agreement: We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email.
HOUSE RULES
- No unregistered guests. No parties or events.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time
- No pets (please inquire about service animals)
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee
