Had to take my own towels downstairs to switch them out for clean towels. Sean's that front desk person at night need more help. Had to wait over ten minutes to speak to front desk. Had to ask for more towels for pool and never came to give towels. Just seems that she was overwhelmed.

They had the wrong room listed when booked they didn’t have a decent breakfast both mornings I was there and they didn’t make beds or anything while I was gone

Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City/Farmington
Breakfast was mediocre the same exact thing all days of our stay. The pool water was gross and needs to be cleaned. The room was fine. But everyone in this place has like 7 kids so do not expect relaxation in the pool area. Construction right outside the parking lot.
