「Check in was quick and efficient - and we found we had been upgraded to an upstairs Queen suite. It was spacious, the bed very comfortable and facilities good. Tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and some glassware provided. Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate replenished each day. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. Hot water was plentiful. We chose The Com Plex due to its location just off the main street. Two supermarkets were within easy walking distance....

「ホワイト島ツアーのために滞在しました。残念ながら、噴火直後でツアーに参加できなかったため、タウポに向かう拠点にしました。部屋は広く、必要なものは揃っており、快適に滞在できました。ミニキッチンはありますが、調理は不可です。電子レンジでの温めになります。朝食はカフェで購入可ですが、わりと高いので、部屋にあるお茶と何かを買い込んだ方がいいと思います。シャワーの出も良く、シャンプーなどのアメニティも香りがいいものが常備されていました。」

「Big shout out to amazing owners and the cleaners motel was so beautiful spotless it was so easy for us to do things where the shopping center is close by also since been staying there I was easy to go to the hospital to see a family member that not here with us Thankyou we will be coming back for another time 」

「Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!」
