Beautiful old historic building, comfortable, quiet room, friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, tasty choices of food to order to your room. Centrally located, just 10 minutes walk away from opera house and Deribasovsky street. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent place. I only stayed here 2 night, wonderful and super clean rooms. also very warm room in winter time. Extremely good breakfast buffet. they will give you cappuccino when you come eat the first breakfast buffet. I want to say thanks for the Irina. reception desk service are very helpful and efficient. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral und doch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Von den ohnehin recht schmalen Balkonen hat man aber nicht viel, weil diese direkt auf eine (bemalte) Wand ausgerichtet sind. Das WLAN ist schnell und kostenlos. TV Programme sind zahlreich, aber für nicht russisch/ukrainischsprachige Gäste ungeeignet Ausnahme: DW-TV, BBC World, CNN. Das Frühstück ist gut, mir fehlt gutes Brot. Der Kafee wird mit einer klassischen Espressomaschine nach Wunsch zubereitet. Das ist lecker, aber nichts für ungeduldige Gäste. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Miła obsługa przed i w trakcie pobytu. Niespodzianka czekająca w pokoju była bardzo uprzejmym gestem ze strony kierownictwa. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Śniadania dobre, ale przed godz.11 już nie uzupełniano produktów i trochę brakowało. W telewizji wyłącznie kanały ukraińskie i rosyjskie :(. Pokój ładnie urządzony ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi urządzeniami (lodówka, czajnik, suszarka, pantofle, szlafrok, itd.). Ogólne wrażenia: bardzo dobre.

A disappointment stay
the first day i received the room late at 14:30, even though the reception knew i arrived at 4 a.m Second, more then half a day there were no water, so I can't used the shower. Third, when i asked the front desk the option to check out at 18:00 they ask me to pay extra. Fourth, i complained about the noise on my floor from two rooms next to me, but the management did not do a thing. I am very disappointed with this attitude. They try to give me a free one way ride to the airport cost around 150uah, I refused for this small offer

It was a small big hotel in a sidestreet. Therefore it was quiet in the night and the airconditioning was a good feature as temperature climbed to 34C in mid August.Another unique detail outside the entrance between housewalls was a beautifully painted sidewall telling you som historical events. The friendly and pretty girls at the reception were always forthcoming and paid attention to all your questions or wishes.A minor cons was the narrow space for the toilette chair in bathroom. Not a big deal after all.

Rating is high due to the value, location, and staff. Rooms are spacious and older; the rooms on the fifth floor have a skyline view. Breakfast was great with both cold and hot foods. Coffee made at request - latte, espresso, etc. Staff speaks English and very helpful.

Nice and cosy small hotel in the heart of the city. Very kind and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance as well as dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. I can warmly recommend this hotel to stay.

Выходные в Одессе.
Отель отличный! Место отличное! Странно, но нам пытались дать сначала номер с креслом для ребенка, вместо дивана, который был указан. Пришлось полтора часа ещё гулять. Поселились в 15. Завтрак. Нищенский, скудный. 80 % всех блюд были уже пустыми... Девочка официант совсем не напрягалась... Видно обычное дело... На каждом столике предлагали на выбор бесплатно заказать яичницу или ленивые вареники... Малый был рад. Заказали омлет и ленивые вареники. Оказалось что о ленивых варениках знаем только мы. Ни официант ни кухня о них не слышали. Немного смешно было видеть туристов, таких же как и мы, рыскающих "хоть что то съедобное" но Увы))))... Короче - завтрак лучше не оплачивайте и не берите... Отель на это дело скупой до неприличия))). Завтрак - 1 балл. В остальном 4+.

Уважаемый Денис! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв и время. Для нас это очень важно, т.к. мы постоянно работаем над своими ошибками и недостатками. Нам искренне жаль,что вышла такая ситуация с завтраками, полностью наша вина. Мы сейчас уже все исправили, больше человек трудятся и следят за полнотой шведской линии и готовим в больших количествах. Надеемся, что Вы к нам еще приедете, и сможете сами убедиться, что мы исправились. С номерами, к сожалению, часто бывает непонимание, т.к. на сайте есть фото, и описание, что есть номера с диванчиками, а есть с креслами, многие не обращают на это внимания, так же потом говорят, что им нужен диван. Мы искренне просим Вас в следующий раз просто указать, что конкретно требуется в номере, ради Вашего же комфорта. günstige Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, sauber, dass von irgendwoher aus der nahcbarschaft eine Lüftung brummt lässt sich in Odessa kaum vermeiden, dafür ist kaum Straßenlärm zu hören.

Will stay again
Wonderful hotel in excellent location. The very large breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was helpful. Could have used a bit more storage in bathroom. A little cupboard would have been nice as we were three women. There were robes and slippers provided, the bath tub was huge and the complimentary toiletries were welcomed.
