気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
It was difficult to obtain directions to the location because they were not sent until 2 days before our stay and we were already hiking down the coast at that point with limited cell reception. Getting directions and keys involved a frustrating call to Expedia. There was no exterior lighting to clearly identify the building and no lights in the hall to ensure we could safely reach the room, which is located at the back of the building and up some scary stairs. The house was really cold when we arrived and remained that way all night because the only heat came from two little radiant heaters. The towels were worn out and smelled old. The bed was missing a top sheet and when we tried to contact the host to obtain one, there was no response. There was one flat little pillow for me and one for my husband. Everything from kitchen utensils to hot pads to hairdryer looked old and grubby. It’s a shame, really. The location is good and he “bones” of the home are lovely. For the price we paid, I was really disappointed with the lack of comfortable little touches.
