Peaceful Easy Feeling

We enjoyed our stay on the house and island. We liked the ease of getting in and out of the water at the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The screen doors tend to slam in a slight breeze unless they are latched. There were also a few cockroaches/bugs in the kitchen and bathroom.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The property was ok. Blue Heron Realty sucked as a management agent. Unresponsive to after hours emergency contact, unresponsive to email correspondence. There was a Blue Heron golf cart at the premises that I didn't add on, and it took them 3 days to retrieve it.
