"This is a great and treamenous environment and still family orientated , business , socially for every type of person and married , single or whatevcer type and also can be relaxing and not , plusm it still is kind of a home awatyn from home and al;so very business and entertainment and very secured with different safety and alertys and policies and protocols and nice but always still being aware of all aspects and concerns and protections of ones self and others and families and more and the Hotel itself"
"Beds and pillows were fantastic - extremely comfortable, room was clean. The noise while trying to sleep was a bit rough. It may have been an isolated thing, but people outside sounded like they were in the room with us - both hallway and street. We had a couple of young guys yelling to each other late at night, then we heard a lady scream “Shut the hell up”, presumably to those guys, which seemed to work. Other than that, it was a good experience. A little more sound proofing would go a long way. "

I never checked in I requested to cancel due to the severe storms with 70+ mph winds that created a LOT
I called Hotels.com before the allowed cancellation date, spent OVER ONE HOUR ON HOLD and gave up
Here is the information you asked for, the answer is NO!!!
Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel sent you a message:
Marriott Replied Good morning, Lindsey,
I’m really sorry to hear about the damage you experienced. 70 mph winds are no joke — that must have been a rough day. I hope everything is safe on your end and that recovery goes smoothly.
HOTEL.COM CHAT said: Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel did not approve your refund request.
This means your stay is still booked. Sorry, this isn’t the answer you were hoping for. The note below is from the property:
Refund Declined
++++
I sent I think sent FOUR emails to BONVOY.PROGERAM@Marriott.com received only ONE REPLY
It is spring break with a shortage of hotel rooms it would have been very easy for Marriott to sell that room again a most like a higher rate
My opinion: People affect by a mishap, why wouldn't Marriott not have some compassion and understanding that 70+ mph winds that this is not their fault and just cancel your reservation or at least offer a credit for a future stay
Clearly, profit com before people at Marriott,
Your misfortunes should not be Marriott's problems and cut into their profits
SAY NO!!! to HOTELS.COM
SAY NO!! To Marriott Hotels, Disappointed
STAY WAY, FIND ANOTHER WAY"
"Hotel is very outdated and not the cleanest. Toilet flushed slow, doors slammed loud, beds not comfy, and bathroom isn't updated. The breakfast was horrible! One waffle maker, so that's already a long line waiting. They only serve 1 frying pan of bacon and 1 pot of scrambled eggs at a time! NOTHING else to eat. Pool didn't have towels! Housekeeper was so grumpy knocking on doors, constantly swearing. Maybe that's why the rooms are kinda dirty. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. PAY more money for a hotel and go to a nicer hotel."
