Pacific Villa #2 | Unobstructed Ocean Views | Steps to the Sea

Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling with modern furnishings and an open layout. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day.

Pacific Villas: Unit 2 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the parking spot is tight (7 ft wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot. We ask that guests plan accordingly and travel in smaller vehicles when possible for ease of convenience in parking.
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

We loved our stay. The place was cute, quaint, and clean. The bed was cozy. The views were amazing. Falling asleep with the windows open to hears the waves crash was serene. Great location close to restaurants and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

This property is perfectly located right on the water and a very short walking distance to the beach. The property manager was super accommodating and helpful. Lots of local restaurants that are a very short drive or even walking distance away. Great location. Can’t wait to come back!

The best views and restaurants close by! Beach is in walking distance. Property manager communicates with you to ensure your stay is comfortable. I appreciated the amenities that came with. We loved our stay and will be back!!

The photos listed online are accurate. It is that clean, bright, and a couple steps from the breakwater. Slept so well with the sound of the waves. Would love to come back.

Great stay at the Pacific Villas!

We recently stayed at the Pacific Villas for a week. Everything about our stay was great - the location, the unit, the price! We appreciated Lauren, who made herself available when we checked into the unit as well as various times throughout our stay (when we needed recommendations, or something small like more garbage bags). We did laundry a few times throughout the week and appreciated the laundry facilities that were stocked with the supplies we needed. We would definitely recommend this as an excellent choice for anyone looking to visit Oceanside!

Everything I hoped for...

I was needing an escape from reality and this Villa delivered and then some. It is so charming and comfortable and the continual sound of the ocean immediately set the stage for a restful stay. The Management team was so friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about my stay here. Best 4 days I've had in a very long time. Thank you for everything! I will be back.

I loved that we were steps away from the beach and walking distance to the best street fair we have every been too. Lauren was a awesome host, she gave us the 411 on the unit and offered recommendations to restaurants. The bed was comfy my only thing was I wish there were darker shades to cover the bedroom windows. It was so bright at night, I kept waking up thinking it was morning. The unit was clean and roomy. loved our stay here and would recommend it..

Sister getaway & Birthday Celebration

This cute little Beach Villa was perfect for our Sister getaway ! The Oceanfront view is the best . We enjoyed walks & watching the Sunsets from our Patio. We even saw The Green Flash one night ! There are lots of dining choices close enough to walk to, or Uber to. The kitchen is great, if you prefer to cook . Lauren is a great manager & made everything so easy. Thank you Lauren. We hope to return to our little Beach Villa for the next Getaway :)

5 stars for this cute little beach cottage. The place was clean, and all up to date with beautiful furniture. It was me, my husband, and daughter, and it fit us perfectly. The deck was so nice to sit on and watch the ocean. And the location was great, so close to downtown. Lauren was so incredibly nice, and accommodating, texting, and quick replying. She gave us tons of information about Oceanside and what to see and do, and places to eat. Over all I give this place 5 stars. Thanks so much, Lauren, we really enjoyed this cute place. :)

Sweet getaway

Listing was very accurate. Location is great with beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Only downside was the bed linens had a funky smell. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would return!
