Most Satisfying And Savior
I was able to book my stay at the last minute. I was walked through every step of the booking with much care and concern. The apartment and grounds were wonderful! Our stay was great!

Great location and views
The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views from both the balcony and the top deck. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the water and located halfway between the pier and the harbor, so each was a nice little walk. Also close to the Sunset Market.

The condo was very clean. If there is one thing I didn’t like, was the lack of electrical outlets. The downstairs had some that didn’t work.

Lovely beach condo
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as described and shown in the photos. The views from the balconies were great and we saw dolphins every morning. The location was excellent and just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the harbor. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We would definitely come back here again.

Worth every minute and every penny!
As always this property did not disappoint. The entire facility is absolutely beautiful. It is meticulously cared for and the staff that you do need are all very very kind. You will not be disappointed.

Ironman Conflict
Property is well located, clean, very well decorated, great deck and view, but a little old. Still a good facility. As for 'Accuracy of Online Listing', the listing is correct, yet didn't offer that the Ironman Triathlon was in town and that many roads, parking lots etc. would be closed on Saturday. Actually we were unable to leave the complex parking garage due to the race. I would have appreciated a heads up about the events of the weekend. I wasn't there for the Ironman, and the race, and crowds, impacted our stay. Having said that I would recommend this condo under normal conditions.

Weekend getaway
It was nice to get away from out of state. This place was much more than I expected. It is very difficult to find places that have a home away from home feeling while on vacation. I know that that is not the point, but I personally struggle because I have an autistic, non verbal son, and it is often very difficult to find accommodations other than hotels. Hotels often than not aren't as understanding. My son did have a brief mild meltdown in the hallway one evening, and I thought I was going to get kicked out or accused of something else, but on the contrary. I spoke with security right away and they were very understanding and very polite. We will be staying there again if they will have us. It was an amazing place. We felt safe, welcomed, and it was very clean, inviting, and easy access to everything! We will come back!

You get exactly what you see, which is good
If you are like me, you likely scoured the web looking for as much info on this place as you could find. Don't waste your time, it is exactly as you see. 2 bedrooms, pretty comfortable, 2 bathrooms, decently updated. Kitchen is pretty small but it was fine for me and my 3 teenage girls. The living room is also small but worked fine for 4 people. The main level patio is small but has a nice view of the water, the upstairs patio is a lot bigger with a couple of lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table and some extra chairs for sitting. The condo was comfortable and everything was well appointed. No complaints at all. The grounds were lovely, this unit is in the smaller set of buildings and has it's own smaller pool and hot tub area, which was nice. The pool was heated if that is relevant to you. The main pool is just across the street, maybe a max of 5 minute walk. This development is located at the end of the strand, with one side being a pretty sandy beach and the other kind of rocky. But a 10 minute walk brought you to the pier where the beach is much sandier. The distance to most places is pretty convenient, a max of 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. We found ourselves mostly walking because the view on the beach was lovely. The harbor is also very close and has a decent variety of restaurants, shopping is minimal. Overall, I would stay here again. We felt safe and comfortable and the locations is great.

Winter get away
A great location, easy walk to to lots of great restaurants. Clean small pool and hot tub. Quite area. Secure parking. Close to beach and pier. Would stay here again.
