Enjoy stunning oceanfront views while sitting next to your private bon fire ring! Just redecorated, Casa Pacifica is waiting for you! You will love your private sandy beach yard and ocean views. The townhome features two bedrooms with King beds and each of the bedrooms has individual a/c for your sleeping comfort . In addition there is a queen sofa sleeper and two twins so this oceanfront townhome can sleep up to 6 humans. Great location to Bike ride or walk to restaurants and harbor.

Get ready to fall in love with Oceanside`s beach village. The beaches, year-round mild climate, and walkable downtown make Oceanside the perfect setting for a beach getaway. After falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean, you’ll wake up feeling more refreshed. Take a stroll to the Oceanside pier at sunset or rent a sailboat and enjoy the harbor. Spend your days on the beach walking, swimming, surfing, or soaking up the sun, or explore some local attractions, like the California Surf Museum. When it comes to eating, variety abounds, no matter what you’re craving. The beach area is filled with many new trendy restaurants. There are several bike rentals in the area and lots of coastal bike trails. You can even ride around the beach area checking out Oceanside`s famous murals We are close by to Legoland and not too far from the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld. Disney land is an easy drive. We have two farmers markets on Thursday.

Beautiful ocean front. Great view. Love the fire pit sitting area at night. Pretty much own private beach. It is an upstairs unit. From the pictures we thought we had both balcony. This is not a complaint. We Greatly enjoyed everything this place is. We would definitely stay here again.

Let me give some possitives first. The location is A1. The view and soothing sounds of the oceas were fantasitc. The owner (manager) was very responsonice, when the hot water went out and we discovered there was only one set of towels. Now some suggested improvements, and many are nits. This place could use an udpdating. Many aging elements like cabinets, tile and surfaces are dated and breaking down. The closet doors are rusted and difficult to move. The ktichen cookware was horrible, epecially the frying pans, everything stuck to them, even with oil or pam, Please add a set of nesting bowls and some storage containers, it is difficult to keep or store things. A Gas Grill would be wonderful, Charcole is messy, stinky and hard on the environment. The glass on the Oceanside needs to be cleaner or replaced. Very salty and murky. A recirculator needs to be added to the hot water heater is takes a very long time to get to the end-point and wastes a ton of water. I guess the price reflects this? Would I return? Sure, if nothing newer was not available.

The location is ideal for sea lovers. The house is almost surrounded by waves, as if you were on the gangplank of a boat heading straight for the ocean. Swimming is difficult, however, as access is strewn with rocks, even if you take the path used by locals. The sea is dangerous in this area. But a 15-minute walk along the beach reveals small, less slippery access points that open onto a fine, flat, and safe sandy beach. When booking, looking at the photos, we don't see that the house has 2 units, and it's not written. We are upstairs, the view is nicer but for a barbecue it's less practical, you have to carry everything and bring it all down to the sandy courtyard by a staircase. There is no table either, so you have to bring your grilled meats back up to the apartment by going up the stairs!

Great property, right on the beach. Clean, spacious, with ocean breezes throughout. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, has everything you would need for a great beach vacation. Access to the beach is easy, and close by. Excellent, would definitely recommend.

Great Stay, Great Views…..Dolphins!!

Really great property overall. Amazing views, parking for two cars (our Outback fit fine in the garage), well stocked kitchen, lots of hot water, and nice balcony. We saw dolphins a few different times during our stay. Would recommend and would stay again. Some constructive feedback - carpets could benefit from being cleaned, the window sills need to be wiped down, and ocean facing windows could be cleaned more often, but again, overall a great property.

Perfect location. Inside is a bit dated and could use a little upgrading. Fire pit was full of large rocks.Great size for our group and had all we needed. Amazing views. We saw dolphins, whales, seals and many birds just from the balcony.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our stay was perfect! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We walked to downtown Oceanside and enjoyed the local restaurants and bars. The view is amazing and nothing better than waking up to the waves!!

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

This place looks EXACTLY like the photo's. The location is perfect, right on the beach and a short drive (or easy walk) to downtown Oceanside. There were 5 of us that spent a weekend here, and the unit is spacious enough, it didn't feel crowded. Parking is easy. The unit is well stocked and was very clean. Highly highly highly recommend this place!!

Girls trip Bday and Halloween

Love this place enough I would stay again! Inside was so clean and views were amazing! I will say I wasn’t happy that a workman showed up with a staff member to repair the oven and washer dryer during our stay two and a half hours then wanted to return another day! No! We were there for my bday needed the oven for a cake a portable was delivered.Them being there encroached on my paid time and I wasn’t about to let workers in when I wasn’t there. The management was very nice and responded fast but work needs to be scheduled when paying customers are not present! The garage is so tiny too I expected small but it was smaller than small w em for my standard SUV. I will also add there is no easy way to get down to the actual beach either. To walk the actual beach you have to climb to rocks! We did have a great time though and I would book again!

Great on the Beach

The property was overall very nice, right on the beach with easy access if you have children. Clean with most all you would need in the kitchen. A couple of minor details, the master bedroom remote did not work on the volume so could not turn it up or down. The 2nd bathroom sink had no water pressure, so the water trickled out of the faucet. Over all nice property and location.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This lovely beachfront condo has everything necessary for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make meals and the beds are super comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the surfers and the dolphins frolicking in the waves. Gazing at the flames in the fire pit with the waves crashing in the background made for wonderful evenings. The condo was immaculately clean. Our only complaint was the sheets and towels were washed with highly scented soap, which triggered one visitor’s allergies. Other than that it was perfect. If you are looking for a wonderful beachfront condo, look no further!

Perfect get away

We were beyond impressed. This property was in excellent condition, like brand new. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved just sitting in the chairs by the window watching the waves crash into the rocks. Just beautiful. Great location as well. And check in was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Wonder Place on the Beach

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. Wonderful both times. Very clean. Great location on the surf. Kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. Beds are very comfortable. One parking space inside garage and enough room between garage door and sidewalk to park another car. 2nd floor unit that is at street level for ADA access into the unit. Stairs down to the beachfront yard. Access to the actual beach is a very short walk the the access ramp off of Oceanside Boulevard.

Spectacular

We are so excited and happy to have found this beach house. We plan on making this the rental we use every year. We had an incredible time. From the moment we walked in we knew we found something very special. The ocean views were spectacular. Furniture, decor and bedding are all super cute and trendy. I just really appreciate how clean and fresh everything was. Private beach was over the top fun for our kids to play on and we had bonfires at night. The beach village area is walkable with lots of restaurants to choose from. Lots of nice little extras that made us feel welcome and we appreciated the coffee, they even had organic soaps! Just a wonderful experience
