Great location that was walkable to many restaurants and attractions. This property feels a lot bigger than it looks. Nice little backyard too. We would definitely stay again.

We loved it and can't wait to return! It had much needed A/C, it's beautifully upgraded with comfy furniture, there was a nice big, well stocked kitchen, a beautiful yard, and 3 bedrooms were a perfect plus for 3 siblings. For us, it was huge advantage that it was only 1 1/2 miles from the dock where we met our boat. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and the town is picturesque, lots to do. Loved it!

Nice clean spacious home close to everything!

The picture doesn’t do this house justice, it’s a gem, clean inside and out!! Great neighborhood, walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms , great kitchen. The host are amazing as soon as we checked in we noticed the TV didn’t have the streaming apps, when I contacted them for assistance they responded and had a new tv delivered so we could get the apps we preferred . That was amazing customer service!! We can’t wait to return to this gem.

Perfect and Amazing!

What a great home! We were here for my son’s wedding and this home and location couldn’t have been more perfect and amazing! Very clean inside and out with nice updates! The beds were oh so comfortable… and the pillows! Slept like babies! Plenty of comforts with quality of linens, towels and kitchen appliances/dishes. Nick was amazing with all information needed for check-in/out. Very quiet neighborhood and close to any needs like groceries etc. We would definitely stay again, and hope we have another opportunity to visit!

Such a great home for the family!

This host were great and the home is amazing!My boys each enjoyed having their own place to sleep and we were able to walk everywhere! Such a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood! Wdidnt want to leave.

Great Location!

Our family of 6 stayed at this property and we were very comfortable. We were a short walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. Nick was very prompt with questions and great communications. I would definitely stay again!

Unbeatable location

We had an amazing stay at this house in oceanside! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to so much, making it centrally located. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for our family of 4. Can’t wait to be back!

Fabulous spotless rental

This home was much nicer then we were expecting! The photos do not show how roomie the home really is. One bathroom in the hall has a bedroom right next to it and all the other bedrooms and bath is on the other side of the house. Home was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Super close to the beach and there is a neighborhood Walmart right up the street. Walking distance to family friendly places to eat including a Diary Queen. We will be back !

Perfect Location

Oceanside Gem!

Our stay at this house was amazing! You arrive to mini toiletries nestled inside folded clean towels set in every room (yes, a touch of class here)! The gorgeous kitchen has all u need to cook your meals, and we cooked 2 meals a day! Amenities were easily located like extra blankets, iron, folding chairs ect. It was so cozy and inviting! We barbecued in the back yard, which by the way is adorned with such beautiful grass and flowers! Morning were had sitting on the front patio bench with coffee, taking in the sea breeze and salty air. Parking accommodated our two cars (which is a rare find in SD, especially this close to the beach). And you get all of this plus air conditioning! ( I can tell you from experience, rentals this close to ocean are rare to find with central air!) For me, because of asthma, we absolutely have to have a/c. Location, location, location!! This house is located central to SAN airport, Disney, Temecula and more! It is so close to the beach, 3 min car ride or 15 min walk. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with amazing vegetation! Walking distance to great restaurants and if your lucky to be here on a Thursday, ur so close to thier awesome Sunset Farmers Market! Our host was very thoughtful and readily available if you needed him (he answered a question I had within a minute by text....awesome)! Check in/out is a breeze too! We will definitely be back!

Great house and location

This house was in a great location. Easy access to the Highway. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to the beach and stores. We initially had a miscommunication when we arrived, but after talking to Nick it was quickly resolved and we were extremely happy with the rest of the stay. We would definitely stay here again. For future renters, if you are there on a Monday there is a street sweeper!! My mom forgot to move her car, and she got a ticket! 🤦‍♀️

Perfect spot for a great Oceanside experience!

The location is amazing. The home has a great open floor plan with a spacious backyard. Walking distance to Seaborne Coffee and some great restaurants in downtown North Oceanside. Only bummer was that it looked like there was cable or satellite tv but the remotes to make it happen weren't there.

Perfect place for a family!

Excellent rental

The home was in a great location for us and very clean. Nick, the owner, kept us up to date on things about the home. Our one true complaint was that we had no internet or TV the whole week we were here. The Directv receiver was not working when we arrived and he wasn’t able to get fixed for over a week which is how long we were there. With the Directv out, that meant internet was also out. Quite boring every night without TV or internet!! The owner said he will compensate us for the inconvenience though which is awesome. We would rent this place again and we hope it will have TV and internet by then.
