Very clean and comfy with everything you’d need for your stay! Loved staying in the Magnolis House . We were within walking distance to all the cute stores and artsy sops in Ocean Springs! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. Kim had great communication from the time of booking through our check-out. Suite was very clean and well appointed. Location very convenient to downtown Ocean Springs. Will return!

Excellent stay

We came to Ocean Springs for a quick weekend trip with friends. The Mockingbird Inn is a great property and the wrap around porch was awesome for visiting with friends and just enjoying the surroundings. Nothing beats a southern porch. The Fern suite was very comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything that you could want for a nice getaway. It is also very convenient to downtown and all of the action but far enough away that it is very quiet. I highly recommend this property

Can’t wait to visit again and stay here! Had an absolute blast and I’ve been recommending it to locals and to friends out of state! I truly can’t wait to go back and rebook the same place!! The host was amazing and had everything I needed! Location was perfect and close to everything!!! Loved it!!

Great getaway

My daughter, my pup and myself stayed two nights in this charming rental. Although the MS heat was a bit unbearable, we stayed cool and were close to all we had planned. The beach is maybe a four minute car ride and quiet. The shops are cool to walk by and experience the locale. Will definitely stay again if we are this way. Our hosts were available when needed and we had a great stay!

Great stay

We visited Ocean Springs for a quick family visit and found this cute little inn. The Fern Suite at The Mockingbird Inn was perfect. This suite was on the back left side of the house and felt very private. We will definitely return next time we’re on the coast.

Quiet and convenient

The Fern Suite is so cute! The property was clean and located in a quiet area. It is short walk to all downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. The coffee, tea and bottled waters were great extras. My husband and I will definitely be back!
