Second Bedroom has 2 double (full) sized beds, 32" smart TV, vanity with operating faucet and sink. Bed linens are included. Graco Pack and Play Playard/Bassinet in guest closet. Dockside Landing has 2 community docks (great for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the sunset with friends), a small boat ramp, community pool and a short 2 minute walk to direct beach access, that is handicap accessible (in season). Each stay inludes complete bed linens, bath towel, beach towel, dish towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish washing pods, a roll of paper towels and sponge. Bathroom closet is locked and not for public use. This condo is a kayaker’s paradise and perfect for a family or romantic getaway. Please, no smoking inside. No pets allowed, HOA rules.
