Nothing Beats Ocean Front! - Great Views - Direct beach access - Many updates

Ocean Front Condo (2 unit house)! Private beach access and ocean front gazebo. Sleeps 14, 4 bed / 4 Bath: 6 Q Beds, 1 K bed. All bedrooms have private sink and toilet. Two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill shower or tub/shower. The main area has a new 60" TV with Hulu Live and Netflix. 1Gig WiFi to handle all your portable devices. The open concept of the dining area and living room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and has enough sitting area to hold great conversations. Having a separate well stocked kitchen provides space to prepare meals and helps reduce the noise to other parts of the condo. The four bedrooms are spacious and provides a relaxing and peaceful sleeping area. ( Open windows slightly and listen to the ocean waves). The covered porch is excellent space to relax in the shade and watch the ocean and dolphins. You're steps away from the outdoor shower that has seating and foot wash. The first floor unit has fewer steps to the beach and outdoor activities.

This is the first floor of a two level / 2 unit house.

Had a great stay! A few things needed to be fixed and they were very quick to come and fix anything! Place was very clean and has pretty much anything you’d need! Has one nice bed and the rest could use a mattress topper but other than that we had a wonder stay and would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving get away

Little Bit of Paradise

This was our first time to Ocean Isle and we loved it! This wonderful home directly on Ocean Isle Beach and adjacent to the public beach access had all the amenities for a comfortable and lovely stay. Would stay here again!

Excellent beachfront vacation

We loved this property and the location. We had six adults and 2 babies and had enough room and amenities for everyone. Really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, etc. since we flew from across the country and could not bring those kinds of things with us. Would definitely come back again!

Sweet spot for a reunion with friends!

We stayed for four nights 9/16-20/2024 and loved this property. The location is ideal, close to the beach. Also just a short drive to many restaurants and shops, including grocery. The layout was perfect with four bedrooms, each with its own bath. There were plenty of towels and the place was very clean. It was a pleasure to stay and I recommend this rental highly!

Nice Weekend Getaway

We had a great time in Ocean Isle. The property was as listed. Nice activities in the yard. We could hear kids running around in the unit upstairs, but that was the only issue.

Great Girls Getaway

Great Vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. The only thing I wouls improve on would be the kitchen utensils, pots and pans(especially) the frying pans. For some reason I thought there would be another tub/ shower and not just two for the four bedrooms; although having a toilet/sink for each bedroom was great. It was a fantastic place. I would recommend it to anyone, and would certainly stay again.

Incredible family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family getaway with our grown children and baby granddaughter. The bedrooms with their own 1/2 bath was handy for all. It has a clean, comfortable and spacious living area. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the back deck and enjoying the view of the beach. Very easy access to the beach & walk to the city center. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels available too. Definitely would stay again.

Great place for our family

Lots of room. Having to make all of the beds is an inconvenience especially when the proper sized sheets were not provided. Some poor cleaning issues. Will address with host. All in all it’s great place and great location.

One bed was super comfy, the others need a topper. Other than that, no complaints! Loved having the spray off aread below for rinaing off aand host was super reaponsive, location was great, everything was great! Set up allows for a very comfortable stay for 2 full families. All the available beach towels were amazing to have plenty of linens, tons of beach gear vailable in the storage closet. Pretty much just need to ahow up with your swimsuits!

Oceanfront home for a budget

Accurately described ocean front 2nd floor duplex. Pros: Comfortable beds!!! Well maintained home Clean As described in listing. Great location. Oceanfront on a budget Lots of beds (7 in 4 bedrooms) Lots of towels, beach towels, beach supplies. Responsive hosts. Cons: Very tiny half baths (sink and toilet) in each bedroom and shower shared by 2 bedrooms Living area is tight. Not enough seating for everyone to relax together. No seating in bedrooms. Kitchen light on silverware (e.g., only 3 steak knives) and some basics. We had to buy a big frying pan as the one in the cabinet was scratched beyond usable. Can hear 3rd floor residents running around (children), but no issues at night. The pros greatly outweigh the cons. This was a nice place to stay for a reasonable cost. OIB area is fabulous.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Host was very helpful, even taking a late call when we couldn't find the lock box!On our next visit, we will definitely try to rent both units, cause it's a tiny bit awkward to share the yard... but it was worth it for all the nice outdoor features
