Newly renovated in fall 2021! This condo has everything you are looking for. Huge balconies with the most special views on the east coast. Enjoy views of both the ocean and inlet from the hammock.

3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, spacious, inviting, and comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need. Building has 2 pools, hot tub, baby pool, 2 grills, outdoor shower, private beach access to a quiet section of beach near the end of the island.

BR1: king bed, jacuzzi tub, beach view, balcony access
BR2: 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4), inlet view, private balcony
BR3: king bed plus sofa that converts into a twin bunk bed! Super fun for a family! Beach and inlet views.

Living room: large new couch and 3 comfy chairs, spacious dining table seats 8 plus game table seats 4.

Kitchen: fully stocked with coffee maker, Keurig, griddle, kettle, blender, mixer, rice cooker and everything you’ll need to cook in!

Other extras:
2 beach cruiser bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, surf board, bocce ball, washer/dryer in unit.

Absolutely amazing!

The property was perfect for my family. The beach was close, pool was great for kids, and the location was relaxing. The property had everything we needed and very clean. The recommendations for beach gear and linens were easy to work with and coordinate. The host checked in on us and responded quickly. We loved our time here!

Great place for family vacation

We love OCEAN ISLE and this condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, spacious, GORGEOUS view of the sound, sunset and beach. Linda was easily accessible if needed! Would definitely recommend!

Great Beach Vacation

Vacation 2022

This is a beautiful condo. The location is excellent with a great view. I had to contact the owner over some plumbing issues. Water was leaking from garden tub and sewage came up through shower in master bathroom. The owner was very kind and sent plumbers immediately to help resolve the issue. The only concern I had was the property manager, or person from the property management. He brought in a machine to get out moisture, which I totally understand, but the equipment was very loud and he left it there for 3 days. Then he came by at an early morning time to retrieve the machine and we were still asleep. I requested he come by later, which he did. Then he came again to place new padding under the carpet. I realize this is not the owner's fault but it was a lot of disruptions. Once again, I loved the area and it is a beautiful condo.

We were extremely happy with everything about this property. The views were truly amazing! Access to the beach is easy and since you are near the west end of the island there was plenty of room for you and your family. Linda responded very quickly with any questions and was great to work with throughout. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Pleastly Surprised

My family and I have visited OIB for many years but this was our first stay at the high-rise Ocean Point. Our family loved the view and large balcony! The hammock was a great touch and something different to enjoy! We loved the fact that the owners had an umbrella, multiple chairs, and even beach toys for our kids to enjoy and use so we didnt have to buy or pack such items in our vehicle. There are 2 pools and a (very small) baby pool as well as a hot tub. The 1 pool is half outside and half inside and the hot tub is inside. The condo also had a jacuzzi in the 1 bathroom. The condo was clean and a good amount of space for 6 adults and 2 children. The elevators are roomy and there were even carts to use to get items up and down from ground level to condo rooms! We also liked the the fact that the condo was all 1 level without any stairs needing to be used. The owners had some personal items out and stored leaving little room for our pantry items but it wasn't a huge issue we simply left items on the counter. :) Overall the place was very quiet and not busy! Maybe it was the particular week but despite how many rooms the building contains we felt it was private and failry secluded. Note for anyone thinking of staying at this condo with young children..the sliding doors to the balcony would not lock which was a bit of a concern but no one else can access these doors. They're very heavy, my 5 year old could open and close but my 3 year old could only close. We initially thought the condos were where the sandbags were but it was not! :) :) At high rise the water comes right up to the stairs leading to the beach but this wasn't an issue as when it was high rise we weren't at the beach at those times. If you have young children the bunkbed had steps and a rail with padding so kids couldn't roll out the top bunk! :) We also loved the fact that many board games. books, and many puzzles were at the condo. We didn't make use of them as it was great weather but would have been utilized on rainy days if we had them! :) The owners had 2 bikes we could use which was nice as well! Overall we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to possibly coming back to this particular condo again in the future! Owners were very helpful and fast and easy to get in contact with! Only thing I would make note for future visitors is the checkout time is 8am for some reason the website had 2 different times stated but it's actually 8am. LOVED IT!!!

Great Condo with Superb Views!

This was a delightful vacation place! The views were fabulous—you could read on the balcony or head to the beach. And still “feel” the ocean. The condo was spacious and quiet, and had anything we could possibly need. The owner was incredibly responsive and very proactive; the brochure she put together as an “operating manual” was well written and very thorough. Also, I’ve never been in a rental that was as well stocked, which was very helpful. (Although sometimes it made for a tight squeeze to fit in our things.) This was a “second choice”; after 30 years on Sunset Beach, we found it totally booked for the month’s window we had. But we loved staying here on OIB so much, we may permanently switch! Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!
