Summary:
Great Location!!! Amazing updated 2BR 2BA condo with bay views and a pool. Walk to many great restaurants including Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddie's, Mackey's, Seacrets & More! The beach and ocean is a close walk as well as mini golf and other great activities like boating & jet skiing. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset every night. Park your car and enjoy a magical weekend in Ocean City!

The Space:
This home does have surveillance cameras outside on the patio and the steps

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old. NO events This rental is located on floor 2. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Place was amazing. Location 5 min walk to the beach. View was everything. Right on the bay, host was extremely helpful. And responded within minutes. Would recommend.

This is truly a beautiful property and provided a perfect location for my family to spend a wonderful vacation to Ocean City Maryland. The property was perfect in all aspects: (1) Very clean and spacious; (2) Very comfortable and conveniently located with a few minutes of the beach, restaurants, activities and stores. Each day, upon our return from the beach, we all easily got cleaned up in the spacious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom living space and I was able to wash clothes from the beach, quickly and easily. We also ate our breakfast and lunch on the property, and the kitchen was very clean. I appreciated being able to wash the dishes/kitchenware in a dishwasher. Best part of the property for my husband and son is that they were able to have the thrill of "fishing" in the Bay from the back patio and my son was super excited to find the shell of a Horseshoe Crab. Overall an outstanding place to stay and very well kept and handled by the management team. The management team was responsive and attentive to our needs prior to our entering the property and was always very accessible by text messaging. They were very kind and professional and made our stay very comfortable. We would love to return in the future.
