Then relax after your fun filled day as you listen to the waves crash and you sit and enjoy the cool summer breezes coming off the ocean. It really doesn't get much better!

Located in North Ocean City on 126th street, this unit is convenient to all the Ocean City has to offer with many in great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance!

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two doubles. Both bedrooms have TVs. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you will need to cook fabulous meals on those nights that you want to eat in. In addition, you will love the tastefully decorated unit with unique pieces such as the library card filer as an entertainment center. The balcony has a table for enjoying meals al fresco along with a lounge area for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail while the refreshing summer breezes keep you cool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Bonaire is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spots is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Outdoor shower for guest use
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 126th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Excellent location , the unit was well laid out but could use some updates , the elevators were sketchy - noisy and looked like cieling panels were ready to fall out. All in all had a good time .

Being directly on the beach was amazing, fantastic view from the balcony. Sleeping with the door open to the balcony and hearing the waves was exactly what we were looking for. The place was overall great, very comfortable but not really for 6 to sleep. It is a little far from the boardwalk area of OC (20 minute drive) but we actually liked being on the quieter beach and area. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely come back!

This condo is fabulous! First time I've rented where the condo was fully equipped! Sharp knives, appliances and initial supplies. Very clean and the views are outstanding. You don't need to leave the porch to enjoy the beach! Will keep this one on our list for future rentals! Thanks for a great vacay!

The unit was nice. The only issue we had was it was hot in the bedrooms so we all had trouble sleeping. The living area was comfortable. Also there were limited supplies, like 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms no dishwasher pods. Luckily I brought all that stuff with me.

Parking was a breeze, which made everything even easier. We loved the peaceful nights and the lively beach atmosphere during the day. The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable furnishings and a perfect temperature both inside and on the balcony. The personal decor and little trinkets added a cozy touch that we really appreciated. We're definitely planning to come back next year, and probably many more times after that.
