This charming split-level condo features two oceanfront balconies—one off the living room and another from the master bedroom—both offering incredible views of the beach and boardwalk. Located in the El Capitan, this remodeled unit includes numerous upgrades for a more comfortable stay. The condo offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a large outdoor pool, and parking for one vehicle. Check-in is at 3 PM—no early check-ins allowed. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
