Pyramid 11J is an absolutely stunning Oceanfront Condo, sleeping 4 in pure comfort and style. Recently renovated, no detail has been overlooked in this 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath home with a Private Oceanfront Balcony. As you enter, you’ll be swept away with relaxation - the beautiful new floors are reminiscent of a stroll on the Ocean City Boardwalk and flow throughout this lovely home.
*This home is Only available Saturday to Saturday in Season*

The open Living Area is the perfect space to relax and reconnect with your family. Comfy new furnishings are perfect to sink into and stream a movie on the Flat Screen TV, or enjoy a Family Game night while watching the moon dance on the ocean. Slip out to enjoy the Private Oceanfront Balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the surf.

The Kitchen has all you need for preparing family meals - you’ll love having all the comforts of home available right at your fingertips! Longing for a break from cooking? Take a night out and enjoy all the wonderful dining that is a short walk from the Pyramid!

Down the hall, the Bedroom has 1 Plush New Queen Bed and 1 New Full Bed, perfect to relax and recoup before your next day of fun in the sun! The ensuite Bath is a spa-like retreat with plenty of counter space, a double sink and a Walk-in shower. Pyramid 11J also has a convenient Powder Room and Washer and Dryer.

The Pyramid Building offers a heated Seasonal Outdoor Pool and requires a $40 Registration upon arrival which includes 1 Parking Permit.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.

Impeccable!!

From the minute we entered 11J, we couldn't have been more impressed. Immaculately clean. Adorable beach-themed decor. Well stocked with kitchen items and appliances to make our stay as if we were at home. Having the grocery store across the street was a bonus, plus three super delicious restaurants within walking distance made it so easy for us to plan our dinners.The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We didn't have to leave early to get a good spot on the beach, as it is huge with plenty of soft sand to plant your umbrella, chairs, etc. The owners and the management company were very proactive and responsive in communicating with us. We can't recommend 11J at the Pyramid more highly.

Checkin a bit rough - but Condo was PERFECT!

First- Condo was better than we expected. The balcony was wonderful! Easy to get to beach, and walking to grocery. The key in system worked well. Once we were inside we had no need to contact anyone. Checkout was clear. Elevators were fast. Restaurants in the area were fantastic. Checkin - the condo uses a third party checkin team who then was using a third party at the site itself. We could not show up on site prior to 4:00 or a financial penalty - what? Then the checkin office closes at 5:00 on Saturday. So that gave us a one hour window before we would need to call the out-of-office number. We got caught in traffic on the bridge so made it with 15 min to spare. Staff were not that friendly. We had to pay $10 for the building facilities more than what were told and it had to be in cash - I don't keep $40 in my phone case. Husband came up to the floor above the lobby (yes - come up one floor to find an office that is not the office we rented from) and gave the money. I told the person that we were told $30 when she asked for $40 and she said "I just work here". No other assistance offered and she was on to the next person in line. After that hectic beginning we enjoyed ourselves and the lovely condo.

We had a great time here the whole week. The place was beautiful. Everything was very clean and nice. It looks great in pictures but even better in person. Would definitely come here again if it’s just my wife and two kids with me.

Perfect Getaway for a family of 4

We have vacationed in Ocean City for years with our extended family. This was the first year that just our family of four came. The 11J Hideaway was perfect for our family. The unit itself was beautiful and very well thought out with visiting families in mind. It was super clean and fully equipped. We definitely hope to be back soon!
