Perfectly positioned right on the beach, this studio offers stunning views, great amenities, and unbeatable access to the best of Ocean City.

The space sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a queen Murphy bed and full Murphy bed — ideal for couples, friends, or small families. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and explore the nearby North Side Park or walk to great restaurants and bars.

Inside, the studio features a big-screen smart TV, free WiFi, and a starter supply of coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, and toiletries. We provide linens, towels, and beach chairs for your convenience.

The building offers an elevator, an outdoor shower, and a shared laundry facility. You'll also have one assigned parking space (#44) — front-in parking only.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They're not there for any structural issues, they're just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

Please note: The unit does not have a dishwasher. A $40 fee will apply if dirty dishes are left behind.

Guest Notes:
• Please remove trash via chute near the elevators
• Wash used dishes before checkout (no dishwasher; $40 fee if dirty dishes remain)

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days before check-in
