Bay Princess 216 has been completely renovated and is located bayfront on 81st Street in Ocean City, Maryland, just a little over a block to the beach. This two bedroom, two bath condo is offers comfortable vacation living featuring separate living and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. Kick back on the extra wide west facing balcony with your favorite beverage and take in the calming direct bayfront view no matter the time of day, but especially in the evenings to witness the stunning sunsets. You won't lack for entertainment as there is wifi throughout, plus televisions located in the living area and both bedrooms. Local favorite family dining spots are within walking distance, including Dunkin donuts, Fractured Prune, Victoria's Crab House, Pino's Pizza and Saltwater 75. Princess offers an outdoor, bayfront heated pool, outside shower to rinse sand after a fun day in the sand and surf, an elevator for ease of access and two parking spots. Sleeping up to six guests, bed sizes include a queen in the primary bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.
Guest must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. Note there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents Saturday to Saturday.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas located in parking lot. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list.

Great getaway

Condo was close to the beach ( about 1 block) and overlooked the bay. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. Heated pool and beautiful sunsets seen right from the balcony were awesome. I would highly recommend this property.
