Golden Sands 1513 is a modern beachfront condominium. This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!
The oceanfront living room is furnished with two comfortable, leather couches and one doubles as sleep sofa, and also has a large flat-screen television. The tiled floors are great for sandy feet. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, with a breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people.
Linens and towels are provided

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

The property - rooms, workout area, pool, interior were a little outdated. Common areas in room - not a fan of carpet and covers on the furniture.

Beautiful ocean waves below 24/7 with sun and moon rises daily. Perfect weather in September; we loved walking the beach every day. "Golden Sands" offers indoor and outdoor pools, lots of umbrella tables and lounge chairs, a tiki bar, tennis and pickle ball courts (damaged surface and wind to contend with) - all visible from the balcony of our room - LOVED THAT. Would look for a different condo next time.. hopefully cleaner with better equipped kitchen. Bring your own salt/pepper, cooking oil, condiments, sugar etc.
