Golden Sands 1513 is a modern beachfront condominium. This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. The oceanfront living room is furnished with two comfortable, leather couches and one doubles as sleep sofa, and also has a large flat-screen television. The tiled floors are great for sandy feet. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, with a breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people.

A little outdated

The property - rooms, workout area, pool, interior were a little outdated. Common areas in room - not a fan of carpet and covers on the furniture.

The pictures are very outdated. The couches we falling apart and covered in some cheap throw that was also stained and coming apart. We could not use the pull out sofa that we depended on for our kids to sleep on. It was disgusting. Years (it appeared) of crumbs and dirt and even a pair of reading glasses where on it when we unfolded it. We had to buy an air mattress. Also, to top it off. We found a pillow on the bed with a large red piece of candy (I think) stuck to it. This was just after the cleaning crew had supposedly cleaned the place. Overall it was not nearly as nice as the pictures or description would lead you to believe. We bought new sheets, pillow cases, etc, etc. We even purchased rugs for the bathroom as there were none in there either. We used spare large beach towels on the carpet in the living room since that was not very clean either. When you see this stuff you just lose all trust that anything has been cleaned and it makes your stay really uncomfortable.

Oceanfront with balcony

Beautiful ocean waves below 24/7 with sun and moon rises daily. Perfect weather in September; we loved walking the beach every day. "Golden Sands" offers indoor and outdoor pools, lots of umbrella tables and lounge chairs, a tiki bar, tennis and pickle ball courts (damaged surface and wind to contend with) - all visible from the balcony of our room - LOVED THAT. Would look for a different condo next time.. hopefully cleaner with better equipped kitchen. Bring your own salt/pepper, cooking oil, condiments, sugar etc.
