Located ocean block at 53rd Street, you’ll be just a short walk from the beach while staying close to the restaurants, entertainment, and attractions that make Midtown such a convenient location for an Ocean City vacation.

Step inside to a bright, refreshed coastal interior with updated flooring, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room for the entire family. The large open living area is designed for relaxing together after a day at the beach, with generous seating, a large television, fireplace, and direct access to the private furnished balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas and includes a convenient breakfast counter, while the separate wet bar provides additional space for drinks and entertaining.

Aventurra 103 comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, television, and private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and television, while the third bedroom features bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and its own television. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, dishwasher, linens and towels, and two reserved parking spaces.

Guests can enjoy Aventurra’s rooftop outdoor pool, along with multiple elevators, a secure lobby, and an outdoor shower.

Best of all, the ocean-block location makes getting to the beach easy without having to load everyone into the car. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and other Ocean City attractions are also nearby.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.



General Policies

Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.



The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.



No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.



Guest Access:

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests will be provided their access code 10 days prior to their arrival (immediately if booking inside of 10 days). Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
