Special note: As we always clean our beachfront getaway condo thoroughly, we have taken extra steps to sanitize & disinfect all surfaces before your arrival. The building has a strict no pet policy and can not accept any pets.
Beautiful Oceanfront condo on 3rd Floor. Awesome view of the ocean & pool! So close you can hear the waves! This 1 bedroom condo is conveniently located on 116th street near lots of shopping & restaurants. 2 very comfortable Queen size beds and also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room which sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 Full bathroom with sliding glass shower. Lightning fast internet, 65" & 50" smart TVs, All upgraded kitchen with Keurig duo coffee machine . Relax on the oversized balcony overlooking OCEAN/BEACH & Pool. Tennis courts available. You will love this beach condo and never want to leave!

Nice Getaway for Two
Lovely updated condo! Immaculate! The balcony was spacious and nice view of the pool and ocean. Short walk to the beach Quiet building. There are not a lot of extras in this building. So it was perfect for us. Alan was the best host. Always responded immediately to any questions. Definitely recommend for a quiet couple weekend.

Beautiful place!
This was by far the cleanest & well-kept place we've stayed in OC! The location is perfect! The pool is great! Alan was great communicating & quick to respond. Very happy with our stay & we will definitely stay again!

Great family vacation.
Property was clean and updated. Located on the 3rd floor just head down one floor to beach and pool access. Large spacious deck with large table to eat outside and take in the view of the ocean. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, liquor store located directly across the street. Overall very nice place.

Family Vacation
This is our 8th year staying at Fountainhead. Out of all the rooms we have stayed in, this was our favorite! Very Clean, provided towels and linens. Open concept so you don’t feel like your in a small space! We love staying in the higher floors for the view so we were not sure how the 3rd floor would feel. We loved it! You could see the ocean but also a great view of the pool. Great for people watching. The beach side balcony was very spacious and has a nice round table to eat or play games at. You are only 1 floor up from beach access so you don’t have to use the elevator. Just a quick trip down the stairs. Will definitely be booking again for next summer!!!

The Engagement
Enjoyed the view and deck when we arrived on Sunday afternoon watched the sun set from the top floor.She also wanted to see the sun rise so we set the clock for 4:30 am got up enjoyed coffee for me tea for her and headed to the beach to see the sun rise in full. The top of the sun started to appear and I hugged her and whispered in her ear will you marry me, she said with a huge smile yes. Your place is the beginning of a long lasting time for us and we really enjoyed the setting of everything and the chairs on the deck were fantastic to sit side by side and treasure our time together in conversation.Thanks Kevin&Denise
