This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit shows pride in ownership and has had numerous updates to it. As soon as you walk in you will notice the vinyl flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost savings meals at home. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and the master bathroom has a large stand-up shower and marble. The second bedroom is perfect for adults or kids as it has a pyramid bed with a queen on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. The second bathroom has beautiful subway style styling. The best part of this unit is the view! You will enjoy amazing views of the ocean and the bay. In the evening, the view of the lights is amazing from this 19th floor location! The unit also has wi-fi for those who must stay connected along with a washer and dryer.

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 19th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Awesome place. The room was clean and the views were breathtaking. Check-in and out were very simple. Stay was short but we had blast. Fishing was good from the beach we caught whitting, spot and a shark. Would definitely recommend.

Very bright spacious 2 bedroom condo with lovely views of both the ocean and the bay. Very clean; kitchen has everything you need and furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Condo is on one of the top floors, so the views were especially lovely - I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning while the beach was still quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Condo host was very responsive. Condo needs a very good scrub (basic stuff-food splattered on cabinets, showers need cleaned, etc). I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo and lack of cleaning supplies to try and clean myself (not how you want to spend vacation). Overall, good location if you are looking for a high rise in a very busy & developed area on the beach. Pool area was stifling unless you were in the water. Felt like a sauna. Great views from the condo.

The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we received several communications from the owners prior to arrival, which made the entire process smooth and easy. The Capri has a large, heated swimming pool and it was never crowded.Access to the beach was super easy, and again, despite being on the 19th floor, the elevator was quick and uncrowded, so we were able to hop down to the beach without any delay. It is a very convenient and efficient place to stay.The unit itself was nicely decorated with beautiful views of Ocean City. The furniture was perfect for our family, and the linens provided were also very convenient. Our only complaint was that the unit was not very clean when we arrived. We had to sweep and vacuum right away because there seemed to be pet hair and sand on the floors. All of the appliances worked fine, and the washer/dryer also added to the convenience of the trip.Overall a very positive and excellent vacation. We would highly recommend it!

Excellent getaway property in Ocean City

My mother and I wanted to get away for a nice week at the beach and ran across this gem of a property. Spacious, well appointed, close to everything. Great communication with our host. We’ll be back again!
