In the afternoon, you may want to take the short walk to the beach or even better relax in the pool where you will enjoy food and bar service! As evening approaches, you will have numerous restaurants to choose from including Coastal Salt, Phillips, Fish Tales and Barn 34. After dinner, you will be your kids hero as it is just a short 5 block walk to the Ocean City's world-famous boardwalk and a short drive to putt-putt golf, go carts, paintball and Jolly Roger Amusement Park! The adults will enjoy many nearby bars/entertainment options. Whatever you do though, be sure to enjoy some of the best sunsets you will ever see and all from the comfort of your balcony!!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* The condo comes with 2 parking spots.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Harbor Island is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 14th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
