This vacation home is just two blocks from the beach in a convenient complex with boat docks and a swimming pool, close to the Ocean City Convention Center. The third-floor suite (walk-up, no elevator) is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, plus air conditioning. You'll be near dining and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do. This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck. THINGS TO KNOW A $100 launch fee per week applies for use of on-site boat ramp. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
