Cute condo in a good location and the porch overlooking the bay was very nice. The trouble was the check in process, the deadbolt on the door was faulty. It allowed you to turn the deadbolt further than necessary from the inside, and when that was done it made the keypad unable to unlock the deadbolt from the outside. Therefore, when the cleaners locked it from inside and exited out the side door, it left us unable to access the property at check in. It throws a wrench in your plans and hen you are unable to check in at the expected time. We also never received check in or check out instructions (I did receive check in instructions after asking for them). The condo was clean enough otherwise. Minor issue with the bathroom shower leaking water on the floor which left it uncomfortably wet on the floor but was able to utilize the extra towels to soak it up during our short stay. They provide plenty of cleaning supplies and laundry and dish detergent which was appreciated. Washer and dryer were very nice. Lots of natural sunlight. Quiet location with close access to the beach and beautiful view.
