  • Very well maintained and very spacious, 1530 sq ft, top floor condo on the ocean block located in the very desirable Ocean City mid-town area! Brand new state of the art HVAC system installed in February 2019 to ensure guaranteed cool and comfort after a day at the beach!!

    The condo has a fireplace, High-Speed WiFi internet connectivity, 60' HDTV, Blu-ray player, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with solid sandstone countertops. The condo is professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay!

    The condo sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom that has an en-suite master bath with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. All 3 bedrooms have TVs with a 43' HDTV in the master bedroom.

    A Gourmet kitchen with Sandstone solid counter tops with all utensils and appliances to make a gourmet meal. Conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and local nightlife in mid-town Ocean City!

    Outstanding views of the ocean and bay right from the balcony! Come to relax and enjoy this 3 bedroom condo as a perfect ocean escape!
