    The Space:

    This oceanfront condo is just perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families! Enjoy dining with picture-perfect beach views on your private balcony. The entire condo has been equipped with guests' comfort in mind. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a new queen bed for 2021. There is also a futon in the front room and two couches in the living room, one having a pull-out bed. The private washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator have all been updated in 2019. The community pool is waiting for you as well! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

Amazing Vacation Condo

Very clean and nice view

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. View was great. Only negatives were a little musty smell and one of the beds was pretty hard. We just used the other one. We will def be back to this property if it is available.

Celebrating 47 Years of Marriage

Celebrating 47 years of marriage, the ocean view was beautiful. We got to watch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee and many memories from over the years. We enjoy the off season, we live in a busy city, so just slower pace is nice. Movies, bowling & shopping were in all in close proximity to our location. The "Crabcake Factory," restuarant was awesome!

Weekend getaway extended!!

My husband and I came to OC for the weekend and we didn’t want to leave on Sunday ! The condo was so cozy and furniture placement was perfect for looking out the ocean while relaxing on the comfy couches ! The condo was super clean and welcoming! We have stayed here two years in a row. This condo has a wonderful location and views of the ocean and the sound --sunrise and sunset! It is well equipped, but some things are starting to show their age. The queen mattress in the bedroom is so soft that on the sides, you actually slip off the bed if you're too close to the edge.

The bedroom AC unit blew out small black fluffy chunks after a heavy storm from the west. Overall we had a great, comfortable stay. Watching the dolphins swim by was a high light for us

This condo was in the perfect location for our stay in Ocean City. The condo itself was clean, stocked with everything we needed and was spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, and also enjoyed being high enough to get a nice view of the bay as well. There were plenty of luggage racks available and the elevators were very quick and efficient. There was easy access to the pool and beach. It was the perfect getaway for us!
