Braemar Towers 1605 is a recently updated two bedroom, two bath side unit in an oceanfront building on 131st street in Ocean City, Maryland. Located in the south tower, this well-maintained and spacious condo is themed throughout with the soothing hues of the ocean, sand and sky. A north facing balcony accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room provides views of the centrally located pool, as well as the breaking waves of the ocean. Cooking for your guests will be a breeze in the fully-equipped, open kitchen with ample counter space for prepping and serving. The owners have installed a mounted flat screen TV in the living room where you can catch your favorite show or sporting event via cable or stream away on your mobile with complimentary wifi. The condo has a storage locker on the ground level, where the owner keeps four beach chairs for guests' use. Braemar Towers offers amenities such as elevators, a large sundeck, an outdoor pool with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean, fitness room, game room and tennis courts. The complex is also close to a wide array of eating establishments including Harpoon Hanna's, Crab Bag and Bourbon Street on the Beach, and in close proximity to Northside Park and the Fenwick Island attractions. Sleeping up to six guests, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and private bath with stand up shower and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and if needed, the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. A washer & dryer is also provided in the unit for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any three nights off season.
Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This building charges a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival - credit card or check only. Condo gets one parking spot.
No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
