「Hi, I stayed on May 29th, for one night, The room was clean, but we found Roaches by the bathroom area, they should do something for that. Stairs and elevator very dirty, carpets from outside on the hallway dirty. They can do better. Breakfast was served by JENNY, She was great, helpful keeping the area with great maintenance and hygienic. Check out lady was kind and courteous. Family Hernandez💚 From Miami.」

「Laundry facility and the feel of an apartment…not a hotel room. Full size kitchen appliances, large living room, bedroom and bathroom!」

「This was a beautiful hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「This was our second stay here. The room was good overall, but the sink had a small crack in it. The fitness room was outdated, not all of the exercise machines were working, and there was no treadmill as shown in the pictures. The windows also needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the elevator carpet was very worn out and should be replaced. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.」

「Check in staff was good a trainee. Morning girl no comment. Room is declining been stopping there in my way to Disney yearly and is showing decline. Will go back to the courtyard」

「Overall a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and organized. Pool was not swimable following morning but considering there was rain the night before it was understandable. I'm sure it just wasn't cleaned out yet. Best part was very good breakfast considering it's a hotel breakfast. Rooms have older furniture and beds were hard and uncomfortable. Lousy pillows made it even worse. Upgrade the beds and I'll give 5 star for the price point.」

「Suites were very nice, clean, coffee and tea in the room. Dishes, cups, and cutlery as well. microwave and coffee maker also in room. Lots of towels. Pillows were very comfy. Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.」

「Iris, the desk clerk, was very nice and helpful. Overall, I stayed two nights and enjoyed the relaxation. I want to watch TV. Not much to watch, Terrible programming.」
