Ontbijt en diner waren fantastisch. Standaard kamer ook prima. Alleen de douchcel is aan vevanging toe. Verder een prima hotel. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch gelegen, besonders die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum.

Nice 2 night stay while touring Europe on motorcyc

Hotel is classic Black Forest style had a lovely meal one of the evenings in their restaurant. The rooms were lovely, nice large and clean. Plenty of parking either in their car park or across the road next to the river. My only comment would be that the sauna isn’t signposted I think you must have to ask, same goes for the tennis courts. The only negative would be the road it is on isn’t the quietest. We did have a nice time.

Bon point de chute en Forêt Noire centrale

Point de chute pour un séjour moto, l'hôtel est très bien situé et donne accès à de très belles routes sinueuses à souhait, tout en étant proche des centres touristiques tels que Triberg, l'écomusée Vogtsbauernhof, ect...

Terrific stay!

Stayed there a night while driving through the area. Beautifully quiet area, great food and service. Room was large and clean and quiet. A very relaxing stay!

Very nice hotel - in quiet village

The couple who own this place must be the hardest working people in Germany 🇩🇪. The good news is the staff were very friendly and rooms large and clean. Food at dinner is good and breakfast is included. The bad news is if you do not speak German the menus will be challenging because there is no English. Our experience is that English is fairly rarely used on menus or in museum exhibits etc anywhere in the Black Forest. In Freiburg and other larger cities you will find much more English than in smaller places. The owners snd staff at this hotel are willing to help but if you are not a seasoned traveler you may still be a bit uncomfortable ordering. To give an idea if the service. I did not list my license number at checkin. Our last night of three at the hotel i left the lights on in my rentcar. About 10:00 pm the owner called my room and asked if i was driving a Hyundai and told me i left the lights on. I don’t know how he determined it was my car or if he called every room but i know for sure he saved me an awful start for my morning on the day we left.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Team war sehr nett und kompetent, wir können es auch unseren Freunden nur weiterempfehlen.

Petit séjour "romantique"!

Cet hôtel est le pied-à-terre idéal pour des excursions de découverte en région Forêt Noire. Le personnel, très professionnel, était aux "petits soins". Nous nous sommes régalé au restaurant, ainsi qu'au buffet du petit déjeuner!

higher price does not always mean better service

When shown to room we found it was not ready. staff were very good gave us complimentary drinks in bar while they made room ready, For the price we paid we would have expected a better experience however.

Ruhiges Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet

Dieses Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. WLAN liegt an.

Comfortable, clean hotel.

Delicious breakfast and dinner. The room balcony had a lovely view of the mountain behind us. The hotel is in the traditional style of the Black Forest region, the room was not very modern, but comfortable. The area is perfect for hiking or driving between the regional villages.

Good value, I would come back

I came to the hotel primarily to hike, which I was all too easy. The Hotel's food, drink, etc. was very good. Breakfast was excellent. I think this is a very good hotel choice, but I had issues with the hardness of the bed, a very bad pillow, and no shampoo for the shower.

Black Forest gem!

This was our 6th visit and it was as relaxing and enjoyable as always. The Junghanns are friendly, competent hosts with a long history in this business. The scenery is gorgeous, the hotel and grounds beautifully kept and decorated. We hope they never change a thing!

foi uma decepcao pois apos viajarmos com nossa reserva confirmada pelo hoteis.com chegamos ao hotel e nao conseguimos entrar pois a recepcao nos informou que nao dispunha de vagas pois o hotel estava lotado. Tivemos que procurar um hotel na beira da estrada mais proxima para passarmos a noite.

Beslist de moeite waard.

Licht und Schatten

Sehr positiv ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Qualität des Essens. Das Hotel müsste allerdings dringend renoviert werden. Die zur Terrasse liegende Entlüftung der Küche macht Geräusche (beim Essen sehr störend) und das Hotel selbst macht einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Aufgrund der überaus positiven Seiten des Hotels möchte ich trotzdem nicht ausschließen dieses Hotel ein weiteres Mal zu besuchen.

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette Unterfkunft im Schwarzwald - sehr idyllisch gelegen - eignet sich auch gut fuer einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise. Sehr gute Kueche. Wir hatten eine Jacke vergessen und diese wurde uns auch prompt nachgeschickt - dafuer noch einmal ein besonderers DANKE! Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

rundherum zufrieden

hervorragender Service- trotz später Anreise wollte man noch die Hotelsauna auf Nachfrage anstellen. Zimmer konnte am Abreisetag noch bis 14:00 genutzt werden. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und jederzeit freundliche Bedienung.

Idyllisk hotel med god betjening

Høflig og fleksibel betjening. Gode værelser. Flot indretning af gangarealer og værelser. God mad i rigelige mængder. En idyllisk lille by. Husnummeret var dog forkert - det er nr: 1.

Landidyll Hirschen - quality stay

Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. My family of four enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The restaurant was great as we enjoyed breakfast each day.
