"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants.
I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy.
I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet.
Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafür ist dass verrauchte Zimmer.
Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht für eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind.
Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Wir hatten das rundum-sorglos-Paket! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Candy begrüßt, wir haben uns in der Woche wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist Tip Top eingerichtet, ich war noch nie in einer Wohnung wo es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Küche top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Im Bad wurde sogar ein Fön gestellt, Handtücher reichlich und Handseife war auch dabei. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, man hat Platz satt. Ich kann Candy und seine schöne Ferienwohnung wirklich...

"Der Vermieter Ralph ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt viele tipps was man unternehmen kann oder auch gute lokale um zu essen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Liegt nahe chemnitz und 25 minuten zum sachenring dss war ja unser Anliegen "
