In an exclusive south-west location in the climatic health resort of Oberhof at over 820 m with a view of the Rennsteig.



Living space: 60 m² for 4 persons, balcony with balcony furniture.

Living room: with dining area, TV, CD, small selection of books, board and dice games.

Kitchenette: fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender.

Bathroom: with shower, WC, full-length mirror, hairdryer, bath stool, make-up mirror.

Two separate bedrooms with double beds 1.80 m x 2 m.

Storage room: for shoes, ironing board and iron available.

Non-smoking apartment, no pets, smoke detectors are fitted.

Underground parking space with e-charging station, charging fee 20€ per stay, please specify when booking.



Key handover: You will receive a code for a key safe from which you can take the apartment key. The key safe is located at the back of the pillar to the underground parking garage.



Top location in Oberhof: From here you have the perfect starting point for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing garden and climbing wall, tennis and mini golf. In the surrounding area are the H2O Oberhof thermal spa, year-round cross-country ski hall, bobsleigh and racing sledge run, downhill ski slope, bike park, ski jump facilities, biathlon stadium, reservoirs and lots of pure nature.



Arrival: The apartment is available from 3 pm.

Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 10 am.

All prices are per night and apartment plus costs for heating, electricity, water and an initial supply of bed linen and towels.

Final cleaning is included. Please note that the cleaning of the kitchen and the disposal of waste (possible in the underground garage) are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the final cleaning.
