Wash dishes and return to the appropriate cabinets and drawers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Thanksgiving, Christmas min 4-night stay. New Years, President's Day, MLK, Lab June 13 - August 28, 2026, minimum 7-night stay. Saturday to Saturday
Do Not Move Furniture in home or re-decorate. 100-dollar fee will apply if furniture is rearranged. Remove trash and food from home upon check-out.
NO SMOKING. 500-dollar fee will apply if smoking is detected by cleaner. NO Pets. 500-dollar fee will apply if non-invited pets are brought by guests.
