Another very important item to consider very seriously: AT NO TIME THE WROUGHT IRON GATE LEADING YOU TO THE FRONT DOOR OR TO THE STAIRCASE LEADING YOU TO THE BACKYARD SHOULD BE LEFT OPEN EVEN FOR 30 SECONDS SHOULD BE LEFT OPEN OR OUR BEAUTIFUL DEER IN OUR AREA WILL CAUSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE.
This lovely apartment is part of our beautiful custom home which was totally gutted and updated a few. years ago. The location is incredible as it is located within a 30 minutes' walk to the world-famous Gourmet Ghetto, extremely popular Cheeseboard Collectives which offers live music 5 days per week, twice a day and also offering about 300 different types of cheeses. The world-famous Chez Panisse Restaurant by Alice Waters the renowned American Chef is in the heart of Gourmet Ghetto.
